Since 1964, our firm has provided advice to business clients of all sizes in Millbrae, San Mateo County and the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.  Our clients range in size from the smallest sole proprietorship to Fortune 500 companies.  They are all equally important.  Our practice includes corporate work, such as the formation, dissolution, and management of internal corporate affairs.  We also assist clients in the formation and management of other entities, including General Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, and Limited Liability Partnerships.  Our regular transactional work includes business purchase or sales agreements, buy-sell agreements among shareholders, employment contracts, real estate purchase or sales agreements, as well as other matters commonly encountered by our business clients.

Our understanding of our business clients stems from the fact that our firm is a business.   In fact, Corey, Luzaich, Pliska, de Ghetaldi & Nastari, LLP, was named as "Millbrae Business of the Year for 2009" by the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Millbrae.

Our aim is, through proper planning, to anticipate and address every possible issue that might arise with respect to a transaction so as to avoid unnecessary disputes and litigation.  On occasion, litigation is nonetheless necessary, and we will vigorously pursue our clients’ rights in that event.
