Our litigation team comprised of Dario de Ghetaldi, Jerry E. Nastari, and Amanda L. Riddle, represents both plaintiffs and defendants and handles business lawsuits, class actions, antitrust cases, securities cases including insider trading actions, wrongful death and personal injury cases, real estate matters, and probate and trust litigation.  The litigation team also represents clients in state and federal appellate courts.
