With more than 43 years of legal experience, Stevan N. Luzaich leads one of the most well-respected estate planning practices in San Mateo County. Significantly, Mr. Luzaich represented Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse (CORA), a local non-profit organization serving victims of domestic violence, in complex contested estate litigation. He not only prevented the agency from being disinherited, but also won a settlement of more than $2 million for the nonprofit organization. He is also a former board member and current legal counsel for LifeMoves, the principal charitable agency for assisting homeless families in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.
