Daniel G. Pohoretsky, Associate
Daniel Pohoretsky is a member of the firm’s litigation team. His practice focuses on employment litigation and complex tort litigation. As part of his employment practice, Mr. Pohoretsky also counsels businesses in all aspects of labor and employment law compliance.
Mr. Pohoretsky earned his B.S. in Public Health from The University of Arizona. He received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his MBA from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. During graduate school, Mr. Pohoretsky was a research editor on Santa Clara’s Law Review, served as president of the JD/MBA student group, and placed second at a statewide MBA Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC). Also, while attending law school, Mr. Pohoretsky clerked at a noteworthy corporate law firm, various litigation firms, and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California in the civil litigation department.
