Javkhlan Enkhbayar is a member of the firm’s litigation team. Her developing practice includes complex tort litigation.
Ms. Enkhbayar earned her B.S. in Applied Psychology from New York University. She received her J.D from University of San Francisco, School of Law. During law school, Ms. Enkhbayar was part of the USF Maritime Law Journal, the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal, and the Law Review in various capacities. She also coached a team as a board member of the USF Moot Court Program and competed in the 2019 Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Ms. Enkhbayar worked as a research assistant for the USF Dorraine Zief Law Library.
